Pedestrian bridge on river Clyde
Linking the north and south banks of the Clyde is one of the keys to successful regeneration in the Clyde Waterfront area.
The Clyde Arc was the first new road bridge to be built across the Clyde in 30 years. The bridge has already become an important symbol of revitalisation since it opened last year. Now a new pedestrian bridge, due for completion in 2008, is to play an important role in creating new development opportunities on the south side of the river.
