Glasgow River Festival

85,000 people attended the Glasgow River Festival on 14th and 15th July. The event is now well established as a popular weekend of family fun and entertainment for local people and tourists. Clyde Waterfront is one of the sponsors of this event which promotes the place of the River Clyde at the heart of Glasgow's thriving community. With plenty happening on and off the water, the 2007 Festival was hailed as an enormous success and plans are already taking shape for an even larger event next year.
